A good day out is also AQWA! Tinkerbell has her own little fish tank that she adores, so we decided to take her on an outing to the Aquarium of Western Australia. She loved it! Luckily we bought a season pass, which gives a discount on our next two visits, and our fourth visit free.

Of course the best bit of AQWA is always the underwater tunnel, we ended up going around a few times as she was just so excited. The aquarium is a great option for younger kids, as because the fish and sea creatures come up nice and close to the glass and is illuminated it really catches their attention.

For older kids there is also a Reefwalker suba diving experience you can purchase for $20, so it's a great option if you have a child who has really taken an interest in sea life!

I highly recommend taking your kids along to AQWA if you need a day out or older kids need entertaining in the school holidays, as it really is one of those activities that is fun for all ages and captures their attention.
